No. Billing is one part. It is designed as a complete retail management system, so stock, stores, warehouse transfers, staff incentives, customers, offers, returns, cash handling and reports all work together instead of living in separate tools.

Yes. Each store can have its own logins, stock, sales and reports, while the owner sees all stores from a central dashboard. Stock can move between stores or from a warehouse with a recorded transfer, and permissions control what each user can do.

Offline billing is supported, so a store can continue selling during a temporary internet outage. Bills are stored securely on the device and synchronised automatically when the connection returns. Features that need the internet, such as cloud sync and WhatsApp sending, wait until you are online.

Yes. Hardware barcode scanners are supported for fast counter billing, and products can also be found through search. Each product variant can have its own barcode, which makes scanning accurate for items that come in different sizes and colours.

Yes. Mobile camera scanning is supported, which is useful for staff billing from a phone or for small stores without a dedicated scanner. Hardware scanners remain the faster option at a busy counter.

Yes. It supports product variants such as size, colour, waist and length. Each size and colour combination can have its own SKU and barcode, so stock is tracked for each variant instead of one combined total.

No, by design. The product master is centrally controlled so that names, prices, SKUs and barcodes stay consistent across stores. Stores sell and receive stock, but they do not freely create products or manually increase stock.

Yes. A transfer is created, approved, packed and dispatched, moves to in transit, and is received by the store. Stock updates only when the store receives it, and any difference between sent and received quantities is flagged for review.

Yes. Businesses can configure incentive rules, such as percentage, category, product, target, weekly, monthly or store-wise incentives. Because the salesperson is selected during billing, sales are credited correctly, and returns can be adjusted.

Yes. After a bill is completed, the invoice can be sent to the customer's WhatsApp number as a digital receipt or PDF. Delivery status is tracked, failed messages can be retried, and sending uses the WhatsApp Business integration through Bigool Connect.

No. WhatsApp needs internet. When the store is offline, the bill is still generated and the WhatsApp receipt is placed in a queue. When connectivity returns, queued receipts are sent automatically.

Yes. Receipts can be printed on 58mm and 80mm thermal printers, and invoices can also be produced as A4 or PDF. Bills can be reprinted, and the invoice design can be customised with your business logo and return policy.

Yes. Staff look up the original invoice and process a return, partial return or exchange, including inspection, refunds and any exchange difference. Returns follow the policy rules you configure and are recorded for audit and accurate stock.

Yes. You can create Buy X Get Y offers, combo and fixed-price deals, percentage or amount discounts, category, product, store, date or customer-specific offers and coupon codes. Priority rules and non-stackable settings prevent unwanted combinations.

Yes. Sales staff can use a mobile or PWA interface to search or scan products, create bills, select customers and salesperson, apply permitted offers, collect cash and generate invoices. Collected cash is later handed over to the manager and recorded.

Yes. Opening cash, cash sales, refunds and expenses are tracked in a cash session. Staff hand over cash to the manager, the manager accepts it, and any difference at closing is shown, so cash can be reconciled properly.

Yes. Sales, inventory and staff reports can be viewed store by store, as well as combined across the business. Reports cover periods such as daily, weekly and monthly, and can be filtered by product, category or staff.

Yes. Bigool Connect is our WhatsApp CRM and automation product, and it powers WhatsApp receipts. Together they can support purchase confirmations and, as planned capabilities, thank-you messages, birthday messages, offer campaigns and customer re-engagement.

Yes. A store can use more than one billing device or counter, and devices are registered so each one is known to the system. Each device's transactions are recorded with secure transaction IDs and synchronised with the central system.

No. Customer fields can be set to Required, Optional or Disabled to match how your stores work. Fast Billing Mode lets staff complete a sale without entering customer details, and details can still be required where you need them, such as for WhatsApp receipts.
